Nutrition EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED

Here at CHS all food is home cooked and sourced as organically as possible. Portion sizes are huge and there is always plenty to go round.

All drinks are included.  There is as much juice and water as you need and we also provide post ride protein shakes.

Breakfast, post ride lunch and three course evening meal all included.

Breakfast is everything from poached egg on toast to organic porridge and much more.

Post ride lunches are a pasta and protein meal to replace your glycogen stores and aid in recovery. A typical example would be a chicken pasta.

Below you can see the set evening meals for the duration of your stay.

Main evening meals
All meals come with starter of soup & salad and are topped off with a fantastic dessert. Juice, water and wine are on the house!

Chilli con carne
Home made spicy chilli with basmati rice, fresh mozzarella and loads of guacamole.

Chicken Paella
Home made traditional paella Valenciana using local organic chicken. Loaded with vegetables. The perfect fuel to help you train like a pro!

Spaghetti Bolognaise
Traditionally cooked Spaghetti bolognaise using the finest ingredients.

Chicken Curry
A tasty and aromatic curry dish with all the trimmings including naan bread and onion bhajis.

Chinese chicken
A nice mild Chinese dish with either rice or egg noodles.

Beef macaroni bake
Mouth watering beef macaroni packed with the best quality beef and vegetables giving you all the power you need to ride hard the following day.


Desserts

Sticky toffee pudding with custard
It does not get any nicer than this, in demand and always puts a big grin on the face of the cyclists here. Added dates for a biker friendly energy packed bomb of a dessert.

Bread & butter pudding CHS style
Made with croissants, this actually has its own Facebook page now due to popular demand. It is voted number 1 by the athletes here!



Plum & apple crumble with ice cream or custard
Fresh fruit crumble with tangy plums and apple to give your taste buds a tangy twang!

Ice cream & fresh fruit
Seasonal fruits with lovely ice cream to cool you down and fruit you up!

Peach cobbler with custard
Tons of peaches in this yummy desert. lashings of custard make it a winner all round.

Home made apple strudel with custard or ice cream
Apples and spice and all things nice make this a favourite and rival to beat the “Col de“ famous version!

Outstanding. It’s as simple as that!
Three of us, all amateur racers, booked a preseason training week with Nozad and Jubi hoping for some good miles, good weather and good company. What we actually got was so much more. Nozad and Jubi could not make you feel more welcome, the level of service they provide is beyond anything you could reasonably expect, nothing is a problem and if they can sort it out, they absolutely will.
As for the actual cycling. The roads and terrain are superb and Nozad planned the week brilliantly for our needs. It was not simply a case of ‘here are 6 days of riding’, rather Nozad took the time to assess our abilities and structure a week that pushed us to the limit, but never at the expense of the next day’s training. Perfect. Furthermore, the proof is in the results and five weeks to the day after returning from the training camp I won the TLI 40-50 year old National Championship and at 43 years old am having my best season in years having also gained my 2nd cat license seven weeks after the camp!
We have already booked again for next year and the feeling is CHS, Nozad and Jubi are now a fixture on our training programme. I simply cannot recommend them enough.
